Terms & Conditions
All orders with Mediseller are subject to below Terms & Conditions, which a buyer has agreed to when he places an order
1. No medicine/supplement is sold without prescription. Mediseller is not a medical consultant & does not suggest any medication to any customer.
2. Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours ( Delivery within India ). If the order is dispatched, it can not be cancelled.
3. Incase of any delay due to unavailibilty of the product, the customer care team will connect with you & process your refund ( if any ) within 24 hours of your confirmation.
4. Mediseller is not liable for any delay in delivery due to unforseen circumstances / natural disaster / political or logistics company issue. Customer care team will remain in touch with you until your package is delivered.
5. Refunds will be processed only after the returned parcel has been received at the origin address. Once the parcel is successfully returned, the refund procedure will be initiated in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Your refund will be processed 10 days after your request.
For all international orders
1. Order once placed can not be cancelled as products are specially procured for each buyer specifically.
2. Incase of any unavailibility of the product, the customer is given an option to replace another medication of same value or a credit note is issued which can be used in the next order with Mediseller
3. Once a product is delivered successfully, it can not be refunded or medication can not be replaced.
4. Medisellers is not liable for customs process of destination country ( customer is responsible for providing all documents as per local requirement at their local office )
5. If the package is returned to the shipper, then the package will be reshipped to the customer ( reship charges mandatory ). Re-shipping charges will be waived off on case to case basis as per the decision of management
6. Under no circumstances, a refund can be initiated for the products which were delivered to any client. Upon the return of the medication, Mediseller team can only re-ship fresh boxes of the medications to the client.
